New Poll Shows PA Residents Oppose NCAA Sanctions Against Penn State
A new poll finds significant opposition among Pennsylvania residents to NCAA sanctions leveled against Penn State. A Quinnipiac University/CBS News/New York Times poll finds 44 percent of Pennsylvania adults say the NCAA penalties are too severe, 33 percent call them appropriate and 14 percent say they're not tough enough. Opposition rises above 50 percent among those with Penn State ties.
