Village of Wellsville Police arrested William D Shutt, 35, of Genesee charging him with menacing 3rd. The charge stems from a complaint from a village resident that Shutt threatened him with the use of a gun. Shutt was processed and arraigned in village court where he was committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $250.00 bail to return at a later date.
