The penalty phase of a murder trial in Pennsylvania’s Jefferson County begins tomorrow and Steven Rebert could face the death penalty. It took a jury less than two hours yesterday to find Rebert guilty of the April 20-10 murders of James Wayne and Victoria Shugar of Snyder Township, Jefferson County.
