It began as a littering complaint in the parking lot of Sheetz on North Main Street in Coudersport. It ended with fours arrests. Charged with underage possession of alcohol were:
Devin Van Pelt, Park Avenue, Coudersport
Kristina Krog, Avenue C, Coudersport
Betty Johnston, Elk Street, Coudersport
Kip Dorey, 1st Street, Renovo.
According to Trooper Andrew Mincer Van Pelt will also be charged for possessing drug paraphernalia.
