Fire in Bradford Kills 9 Pets

A Kane based State Police fire marshall is still trying to determine the cause of a fire Friday night that left 8 people homeless and killed 9 pets. flames were already shooting from the windows when crews arrived at the two story apartment building at 54 elm Street in Bradford just after 10 Friday night. Two dogs, two birds and five cats died in the fire. One cat survived. No people were hurt. The blaze is believed to ahve gotten its start in a upstairs bedroom.
