Wellsville Police say the vehicle 35-year-old Jaime Osborne was driving struck 75-year-old Duane Messler in the intersection of North Main Street and Madison Street late yesterday morning. Messler was taken to Jones Memorial Hospital for treatment. Osborne will appear in Wellsville Village Court later this month on a ticket for failing to yield right of way to a pedestrian.
