Bradford's newest city council member is Brad Mangel. he is filling the seat of Rick Benton who died last month. At his first meeting after being sworn in, council opened bids for the Pine Street Pedestrian Bridge and Trailhead construction project. The project has received both positive and negative support and is being done through grant money earmarked for only a project such as this. The council will take action on the bids at it's next meeting in two weeks.
