Emanual Mendez Ortiz, 23, allegedly stabbed three people outside the Dugout sports Bar on January first in Olean. The Jamestown man has pleaded not guilty to the charges in Cattaraugus County Court. He was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of assault and one of criminal possesion of a weapon.
