Southern Tier Mother Accused of Causing Disturbance at Children's School Acquitted of Trespassing Charges


A southern tier mother, accused of creating a disturbance at her child's school, has been acquitted of all charges. According to police, Marvell Woodruff entered an unauthorized entrance at Washington West Elementary School last week to pick up her two young children. Police say she became unruly and charged her with trespassing. Now Woodruff has been acquitted.
