There will be a groundbreaking ceremony today for the East Olean Reconstruction Project. The ceremony will begin at 11:30, but crews have put the detour in place at 7 this morning. The detour will reroute eastbound traffic (beyond Front Street) into the westbound lane; westbound traffic will detour to Seneca Street and Front Street. Crew will be hitting the ground running.
