Olean Man to be Sentenced In Child Molestation Case

An Olean man will be sentenced in September after pleading guilty in a child molesting case. Twenty year old James Kemp pleaded pleaded guilty to the attempted rape of a victim under 15 in the town of Allegany back in March 2011.
