Olean Man Sentenced For Promoting Sexual Act by a Child
An Olean man has been sentenced after being convicted of promoting a sexual performance by a child. Brian Benson, 24, got ten years probation for the incidents between June and October 2011 in Olean. The victim was under 17-years-old according to records.
