Cattaraugus County Man Faces Charges After 2011 Violent Crime
A Cattaraugus County man faces charges in connection with a violent incident from back in April 2011. Thirty-four year old Steve Wilson of Franklinville allegedly strangled his victim until they passed out and damaged a phone to prevent the victim from calling for help.
