Let There Be Light

Lights are back on for nearly 1200 people in McKean County. An electrical outage around 11 o'clock yesterday morning affected homes and businesses in Smethport, Eldred, and Duke Center. The lights were back on by noontime and Penelec says the problem was an equipment issue.
