Cruel and Unusual Punishment?

Rob a gas station...write a book? An unusual sentence handed down by Mckean County President Judge John Pavlock to 16 year old Nathan Harvey of Bradford who, along with two others, robbed the Kwik Fill in Bradford back in November 2011. Harvey will spend 11 and a half to 23 and a half months in the County Jail and is also required to write a 300 page book about the robbery and his experiences. The first 30 are due at a July 19th hearing.
