If you are looking to take a tour of the outdoors than try kayaking. On June 30 the Army Corps of Engineers’ Ranger, and Country Squirrel Outfitters will hold a Kayak Demo Day on East Branch Lake. The event will start in Elk State Park with the opportunity to try out different kayaks and to talk about paddle safety. Participants will then be able to paddle Seven Mile Run to view the natural surroundings. Call the park office to register.
