Wellsville Police arrested Nathaniel C. Tucker age 27 and Aaron J. White, age 20 both of Wellsville, charging them each with 1 count of Arson 5th. The charge stems from an incident that took place on Madison Street in the Village. Tucker and White were processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor. Tucker and White were committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 bail each. Tucker and White are due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 15th at 9 am.
