Despite pending felony charges against him, Carrollton Town Supervisor Dave Frederick was back on the job last night, running the town meeting. His attendance raised eyebrows and prompted some questions. Frederick was arrested in February and charged with burglary and unlawful imprisonment. He was asked by some residents last night why he wasn’t resigning. Frederick responded that it was a personal matter. The town board had attempted to remove the Supervisor, until it learned its action was unlawful.
