Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Buffalo man after they say he swallowed Marihuana during a traffic stop in Olean. Deputies said they stopped 33-year old Christopher Booker for a traffic violation when he allegedly gobbled down his stash. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Obstruction. He was taken to Olean General for observation and later released on a court appearance ticket.
