A Pennsylvania man was jailed after he allegedly assaulted a Sheriff’s Deputy at the Seneca Allegany Casino. 48-year old Thomas Matalino JR of Hadley was charged with Obstruction, Felony Assault and Resisting Arrest. Deputies said he interfered with the arrest of another person. As he was being taken into custody police said he resisted and then struck a Deputy several times in the head. He was jailed and will answer the charges in court next Wednesday.
