High gas prices hit local Congressman

The pain at the pump is hitting members of Congress…Noting that Americans are feeling greater pain at the pump every day as they fill their gas tanks, Congressman Tom Reed has renewed his call for a domestic energy plan to lower U.S. reliance on Middle East oil. Reed said he filled up Saturday as he was driving to his town hall meetings and paid more than four dollars a gallon for gasoline for his Buick. $4 a gallon gas has crept into Olean. Off I-86 in Friendship Monday, it was $4.09 a gallon.
