Traffic note for Olean

Here’s a traffic note for Olean city drivers…work is now being performed at the former Manufacturer’s Hanover building this week.  An aerial lift has been mobilized and a two person crew will be conducting an inspection starting on the West State Street side and proceeding to the North Union Street side.  During this period the parking lane and a portion of the westbound lane of the 100 block of West State Street will be closed.  The two eastbound lanes of West State Street will remain two-lane traffic. This is a heads up to motorists.
