DWI arrest

April 7, 2012, at about 10:45 pm, on Elm Street in the City of Buffalo, a Trooper stopped a vehicle for running a red light. Upon interview, the driver, 36 year old, KENNY R. SHERWOOD, from Eldred, PA, was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Police say SHERWOOD submitted to a breath test which determined his blood alcohol concentration to be 0.19%. Because his BAC was greater than 0.18%, SHERWOOD was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and he will appear in City of Buffalo Court later this month to answer this charge.
