State Police arrested a Bradford man this morning following a car crash on route 770 in Keating township. 24-year old Carl Dorward III was charged with DUI and other counts. Troopers said Dorward failed to negotiate a curve, lost control, causing the car to overturn and strike a tree. Troopers said the man sustained minor injuries. The accident happened just after three this morning.
