They’ll be talking finances in Allegany later today. The Village Board will be holding a public budget work session as it prepares its spending plan for the next fiscal year. The meeting will be held in the village Municipal Building. It begins at 4pm. Meanwhile, the public hearing on the proposed budget will be April 16th.
