Wellsville Village Police with assistance from the New York State Police arrest Andrew D. Feenaughty 24, of Allentown on a Bench Warrant. Feenaughty was arraigned in front of Wellsville Village Court Justice O’Conner and paid a fine of $112.00 in full and was released.
2135hrs
Wellsville Village Police arrested Jeffrey M. Johnson 30, of Wellsville charging him with harassment 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Police also arrested Tara M. Sirline 22, of Wellsville charging her with Assault 3rd. The arrest stems from an incident that took place on S Main St in the Village. Both were arraigned in Wellsville Village Court and committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. Both are due back in Village Court on March 27th at 9 am.
