22-year old Roger Crate of Mount Jewett will spend two years in state prison. The sentence was handed down in McKean County court Thursday. Crate admitted to having an ongoing sexual relationship with a girl when she was 13 years old. The girl’s mother told Judge John Pavlock the whole ordeal has caused unbelievable stress.
