McMullen trial scheduled for this afternoon

The criminal trial begins this afternoon for suspended Allegany-Limestone Middle School Principal Tim McMullen.  Prosecutors say the 40-year old is charged with 2nd degree Harassment. They say he’s accused of ongoing incidents involving Rebecca Austin of Allegany. Meanwhile, McMullen has been on paid suspension since last summer and continues to receive his annual salary of $90,000. McMullen was arrested last August. The court tells us testimony will begin at 3pm.
