Accused murderer in Cattaraugus County court today

An accused murderer may have another court appearance today in Cattaraugus County. 22-year old Gregory Farr of Allegany may be back in court today. Last month both the prosecution and defense said they needed more time to review discovery information and agreed to move forward today. Farr is charged in the October 2011 stabbing and bludgeoning death of a 58-year old man at the Valley View Estates in Allegany. The defense has already served notice they may seek a psychiatric defense.
