Prather sentencing today

In Potter County…it’s likely life without parole for convicted murdered Jonothan Prather of Coudersport. The 20-year old will be sentenced in court this morning. He admitted last month he lured Samuel Miller of Eldred to a remote area of Potter County…then gunned him down. Another person has also pleaded guilty to murder in the case…while a third awaits trial.
