Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies report two separate arrests in the city of Salamanca. 61-year old Irene Purdy of Elmira was charged with stealing property from the Bingo Hall retail store on Broad Street. In a separate incident, deputies arrested 32-year old Mark Pierce of Salamanca for unlawful possession of Marijuana. Both were issued court appearance tickets.
