An Olean woman was jailed without bail following her arrest at the county office building. Sheriff’s Deputies charged 30-year old Jennifer Heitzinger with possessing a controlled substance and a parole violation. According to deputies...the woman showed up for a meeting with her parole officer when police discovered what they say was cocaine in a small glass container in her pocket.
