An early morning fight in downtown Coudersport ended with the arrest of a Potter County man. State police charged 21-year old Dustin Lamphier of Mills with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness. No charges filed for the 27-year old man that was allegedly tackled during the brawl.
