A Roulette man is jailed on $25,000 bail after police say he threatened a woman. 42-year old Robert Cornelius was arraigned in McKean County Court on charges of assault and making terroristic threats. Police said the man sent text messages threatening a woman and her boyfriend. He also allegedly assaulted her.
A Rixford man will be sentenced in May for possessing child pornography. 29-year old Kenneth Spencer pleaded guilty in court Thursday. He was arrested after police say his roommate discovered several videos of underage people.
A woman who faced multiple counts of retail theft was sent to jail. 27-year old Amy Kephart of Turtlepoint was sentenced to serve up to 18 months in the McKean County jail. She must also serve 110 hours of community service.
