Fight at House Party leads to Arrests Fight at House Party leads to Arrests

IRVING – On February 10th Troopers capped a week long investigation with the arrest of 40yr old Shaun Humphrey of Upper Sulper Springs Rd in Irving for 2nd degree Assault, a Felony. Troopers also arrested 25yr old Darren Warrior of Aldrich St in Gowanda for 3rd degree Criminal Mischief, also a Felony. On February 2nd the two were at Mr. Humphrey’s home attending a small party when the incident allegedly took place. Police say Warrior got upset when Humphrey told him to wipe up beer he, Warrior, had spilled on the floor. Humphrey also told him to leave the party. While Humphrey was in another room Warrior broke a 47” LED TV in Humphrey’s living room. According to troopers Humphrey confronted Warrior outside the house and a fight between the two ensued. Mr. Warrior sustained numerous facial fractures in the altercation and was later treated at Lakeshore Hospital in Irving. Mr. Humphrey, who turned himself into Troopers, was arraigned in Brant Town court and released. Mr. Warrior, who also turned himself into Troopers, was processed, issued an Appearance Ticket and is due in Brant Court.
