Wellsville Police arrested Kevin R. Vancuren, age 29 of Andover, charging him with DWI, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief 4th and Unsafe Start. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East State Street in the Village. Vancuren was processed and held pending his arraignment in the morning. Vancuren was arraigned before acting Village Justice Ames and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,500.00 bail. Vancuren is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 14th at 5 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Robert D. Eck, age 47 of Wellsville, charging him with Issuing a bad check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Eck was processed and issued an appearance ticket and released. Eck is due in Wellsville Village Court on February 14th at 5 pm.

Wellsville Police, with the assistance of the New York State Police acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Robert B. Donlan, age 33 of Andover. Donlan was located in Andover by the State Police and transported to Wellsville where he was processed and arraigned before Acting Village Justice Ames. Donlan was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $570.00 bail. Donlan is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date for further action.
