An Olean man charged with failure to register with the state Sex Offender Registry within a required time period was given a one-year conditional discharge Thursday in Cattaraugus County Court.
Max Reyes, 41, also was fined $100 for his conviction on attempted failure to register as a sex offender Feb. 7, 2011 in the Town of Allegany when he failed to register an address change within 10 days with the state Division of Criminal Justice Services.
