Steuben County man escapes injury after vehicle hits tree
A Woodhull, NY man was ticketed following a car crash on Township Route 484 in Bingham Township. 42-year old Joseph Duell was charged with a speeding violating after his vehicle went out of control and struck a tree. There were no injuries.
