Village Police arrested Jeffrey M. Weimer, 30, of Wellsville on an arrest warrant for harassment in the 2nd degree. Weimer was processed and issued an appearance ticket to return to village court at a later date.

Village Police arrested Kyle E. Ordiway, 25, of Wellsville on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a previous charge. Ordiway was processed and arraigned in village court where he was committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $500.00.
