On January 5th, 2012, Trooper ERIC HAGLUND arrested JOSEPH QUATTRONE, 48, of Ridgway, PA, for Driving While Ability Impaired. QUATTRONE was pulled over on Route 62 in Kiantone for a traffic violation, and after failing several field sobriety tests, QUATTRONE was placed under arrest. QUATTRONE was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .07. QUATTRONE was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Kiantone Court, and released to a sober individual.
