Village police arrested Aaron M. Marsh, 31, of Wellsville and Kristy M. Morgan, 28, of Wellsville charging both with assault 3rd. The charges stem from a disturbance on South Broad Street in the village. Both subjects were processed and issued appearance tickets for village court at a later date.
