Drug charges to be filed against Coudersport man

State police responded to an illegal drug call at 226 First Street in Shingehouse. Troopers say they'll file possession of drug paraphernalia charges against 21 year old Matthew Gutshall, Route 6, Coudersport. No other detailed were provided.
