McKean County court

A Kane man will be sentenced next week on his felony conviction. 55-year old Dennis Osmer pleaded guilty in court Thursday to burglarizing  a garage on Wetmore Avenue in Kane  last October.

A Kane teenager admitted to a judge yesterday that he resisted arrested, drove under the influence of a controlled substance and acted in a disorderly manner. Last September, 18-year old Bryan Waigand  drove to the state police barracks in Kane while under the influence of booze and pot…with the intent to pick up his mother. Waigand will be sentenced February 9th.

A Bradford man pleaded guilty to a robbery last October. 27-year old Lee Gourley admitted that he forcibly removed cash from a female. He’ll be sentenced February 29th.

30-year old Daryl Robinson of Bradford pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of flight to avoid apprehension and endangering the welfare of children. Prosecutors said on October 4, Robinson tried to avoid being picked up on a bench warrant. He sped away in a vehicle. A newborn and a two-year-old were in the car at the time. Robinson will be sentenced Feb. 9.
