McKean County court
A Kane man will be sentenced next week on his felony conviction. 55-year old Dennis Osmer pleaded guilty in court Thursday to burglarizing a garage on Wetmore Avenue in Kane last October.
30-year old Daryl Robinson of Bradford pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of flight to avoid apprehension and endangering the welfare of children. Prosecutors said on October 4, Robinson tried to avoid being picked up on a bench warrant. He sped away in a vehicle. A newborn and a two-year-old were in the car at the time. Robinson will be sentenced Feb. 9.
