An Allegany County pilot is being remembered…42-yer old Patrick Jessup of Alfred died two years ago when the plane he was piloting crashed in Lock Haven. And now, the city of Hornell has named its newest airport hanger after him. For more than 20-years, Jessup was a charter pilot based at the city airport.
