Victim in Deadly Shooting in Cattaraugus County Identified
We now know it was 58 year old Henry Francis Ackley who was killed Friday night at a home on Route 417 in Kill Buck. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's office continues to investigate the incident and have not yet said if a motive for the shooting has been determined. Officials say they are following up on leads and anyone with information is asked to contact the Catt. County Sheriff's office.
