No
charges have been filed so far but an investigation is underway in
connection with the alleged theft of thousands of dollars from Grove
township. State police in Emporium are looking into allegations that a
woman wrote a check back in June from a township
account totaling over 7,000 dollars for personal use. Her identity
has also not yet been released pending the outcome of the investigation.
