An Olean man will be back in court on Monday, who was accused of assaulting a woman who had an order of protection against him. Acording to Westons Mills Sheriff's deputies, they were called to reports of woman yelling for help. When they arrived they say 33-year-old Joseph Brockel went to his ex-girlfriend’s house, tore her shirt and pants, pushed and shoved her, and then ran away.
