New Legislation to Make Recruiting Gang Members Illegal in PA

Senator John Yudichak of Luzerne County announced a bill yesterday to legistration making it illegal to recruit gang members in the state of Pennsylvania. There will be three categories on such acts; individuals who invite a person to join, threatening/forcing individuals to join a gang, and injuring individuals to join. Yudichak, who mentioned earlier last May similar legislation bills, says he's happy that members of the southeastern state senate are coming together to fight gang violence.
