Names of the Victims in the Fatal House Fire in Bolivar Have Been Released

Names have been released for the 42-year-old woman and her two young grandchildren who died in a fire at a western New York home. State police say Tina Kemp, 2-year-old Jessica Holmes and 3-year-old Eric Holmes died in the early Sunday morning blaze. Officials say the home was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. The cause is being investigated.
