Disagreements at the Kane City Council Meeting Last Night

It was a busy and vocal Kane city council meeting Monday night,
especially when it got to the comment period at the end of the meeting that in all lasted three hours. Some residents who spoke out were critical of the Kane borough police saying that the number of officers on the force should be cut thus saving money because the population is less today that it was several years ago. Other residents took the opportunity to address the issue of blighted properties that should be addressed around the borough and some addressed the need for better accountability from council members.
